You will have to pick between the two depending on the dryness of your skin: the lotion will be enough to moisturise dry skin, whereas the balm is suitable for more severe dryness. You can also opt for the lotion if you want a scented formula, and for the balm if you want a fragrance-free product.
The texture of TriXera NUTRITION Balm is very suitable for massaging. It is suitable to be used on babies, children and adults.
