Choosing a product that is adapted to your skin type and composed of ingredients naturally present in the skin is the surest way to ensure effective and natural hydration. For example, hyaluronic acid, a key ingredient naturally present in the skin, plays an essential role in its hydration by retaining up to 1000 times its weight in water. It is therefore an ingredient that should be prioritised to ensure natural skin hydration.

For a long-lasting and intense hydration, use products adapted to your skin type. Follow a hydrating routine: cleanse, exfoliate, moisturise and nourish your skin regularly, prolonging the effects of moisturising over time.
We also advise keeping your body hydrated. By drinking 1.5L of water per day and avoiding foods that are too fatty, sweet or salty, you increase your chances of having consistently healthy, hydrated skin.

Skin hypersensitivity is characterised by recurring unpleasant sensations like tingling, tightness or burning. Some people even say they have “skin pain”. Although invisible to the naked eye, these sensations can be tricky to manage.

If your skin becomes uncomfortable without knowing why, if it stays hot when you get out of the shower, or feels tight with a change in temperature, then you probably have hypersensitive skin.

It’s important to take care of your skin on a daily basis with the right skincare products. Make sure you choose gentle, high-tolerance products, without potentially irritating or allergenic substances, and preferably without fragrances or preservatives.
For cleansing and make-up removal, it’s better to use no-rinse formulas to avoid the drying effect of running water, which is sometimes hard. We also advise you to choose textures that can be applied directly with your fingertips, to avoid the friction associated with cotton pads.
