Apply generously and evenly 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Reapply:
- At least every 2 hours
- After swimming or sweating

3 years agoIt felt thick but appropriate for a SPF 50+ sunscreen, but I wouldn’t use this everyday because it was just too thick. It also gave me repeated irritated rashes after use which lasted for up to 4 days unfortunately.

3 years agoI really liked this product. The sun cream wasn’t heavy on my skin. It felt greasy when I rubbed it in but I was surprised to find it didn’t actually feel greasy once it set in.

3 years agoThe Avene Sunscreen Emulsion comes in a very handy sized bottle perfect to pop in a handbag, complete with easy dispensing out of the pump so no spills or mess! It goes on easily and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy, nor did it dry out my sensitive skin and has a beautiful subtle summery fragrance.

3 years agoI've recently been diagnosed with rosacea and am now wearing suncream religiously to help my skin. Avene leaves a little shine when I first put it on but after a few minutes, I couldn't even tell that it was there. It has quite a strong smell (like perfume) which it didn't mind. It hasn't effected my rosacea negatively and I'll continue using it. Overall is was really light and nice to wear on a daily basis.
Easy to apply, not sure about the smell. Absorbs really well
