To soothe your skin and reduce redness, you can apply compresses of Avène Thermal Spring Water:
- Fold a tissue for each hand.
- Soak them in Avène Thermal Spring Water.
- Apply the tissue and spray again.
- Repeat 2 to 3 times during the 10-minute application period.

I have recently had surgery on my feet for Bowens disease which required stitches. After eight stitches were removed from near my ankle the pain remained which was diagnosed as nerve sensitivity and given two sample sachets. After finding that massaging the cream into the affected area the pain is decreasing. I am very pleased I am now starting to wear shoes again.
