      The smell is linked to the key ingredient Comedoclastin™ (milk thistle extract), which is present in the product. But rest assured, the product is fragrance free. This odour evaporates quickly and does not interfere with the tolerance of the product and does not present any risk to the skin. It has been proven that skin tolerates Cleanance Comedomed extremely well.

      Yes, when starting a new acne-prone skincare routine (whether a medicine or dermo-cosmetic) can act as a trigger for a breakout. Under its effect, a large number of pimples, previously dormant under the skin, emerge at the same time. This causes the phenomenon of a "flare-up" (an explosion or exacerbation of pimples). Continue to use your product, because the next phase will allow for the exhaustion of the "embryo stock” of pimples. This will help to keep blemishes to a minimum.
